Solution Explorer is hiring WordPress Project Manager
Remote (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Full-time (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end WordPress projects, from kickoff to launch
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and handle feedback
  • Translate client needs into clear tasks for the development team
  • Create project schedules, set deadlines, and monitor progress
  • Perform basic quality assurance checks before delivery
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other internal teams
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
  • Maintain organized documentation and project tracking systems
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing WordPress or web development projects
  • Strong understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, workflows, hosting environments)
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp)
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
  • Familiarity with agile workflows
